Unless mentioned otherwise, entry fees, personal activities, or adventure experiences are excluded but can be added to your package on request.

Yes, we arrange wheelchair support, slow paced itineraries, and on request oxygen cylinders or medical support where needed.

We pre-confirm all hotels and share vouchers. In rare emergencies, we provide immediate alternative accommodation of equal or better standard based on room availability.

Yes, you’re free to skip any sightseeing. Just inform your tour coordinator so we can adjust transport and meal plans accordingly. If sightseeing includes a paid entry ticket, then it will be a non refundable ticket.

Yes, we include leisure time and suggest trusted local markets. We can also add shopping detours based on your interest.
9. What’s the benefit of booking through your agency instead of doing it all myself online?

We generally require 25‑50% advance at confirmation. The balance is due 1 Week for Domestic packages & 1 month for International packages before departure. Some high‑demand bookings may need full upfront payment.
2. Do you charge anything extra apart from the package cost?
No hidden charges. All inclusions/exclusions are clearly mentioned. Optional activities or entry tickets are extra only if you opt in.
3. Is there a convenience fee for UPI, card, or EMI payments?
No fee for UPI or bank transfers. For card/EMI, banks may levy processing charges, which will be informed upfront before payment.
4. What if I need to cancel my trip due to a family emergency?
We understand emergencies. If cancelled with proper proof like medical conditions or a family bereavement, partial refunds may apply. We’ll negotiate with suppliers for the best possible outcome.
5. How long does it take to get a refund after cancellation?
Refunds usually take 5‑10 working days after confirmation from hotels, transport, etc. For non‑refundable airline tickets refunded due to emergencies, it may take 45‑70 days.
6. Can I reschedule only part of my group or just one person?
Yes. Rescheduling an individual from the group is possible depending on airline and hotel policies. Additional charges may apply.
7. What happens if my tour gets postponed due to a natural disaster or government restrictions?
We’ll work with partners to reschedule your trip at no extra cost whenever possible. If rescheduling isn’t feasible, we’ll help recover maximum refunds or offer travel credit for future use. Our team provides real‑time guidance throughout.
8. If my international visa is denied, do I get a refund?
Visa fees are non‑refundable. Tour refunds depend on how early the visa rejection happens. Early applications can provide greater flexibility.
9. Can I pay in instalments for a trip scheduled after 2–3 months?
Yes, we offer structured instalment plans. Let us know your preferred repayment schedule and we’ll align it accordingly.
10. Are tour prices guaranteed once I pay the advance?
Yes. Once your advance is received, the price is locked unless there are changes in forex rates, taxes, or fuel surcharges all of which will be explained before payment.
